I mentioned Friday that I made my first batch of Artisan Bread dough this year.  I went with an Olive Oil Dough and made pizza that first night.  It was quite yummy.  The recipe has you roll it super thin and it actually turned crispy!



Next up I decided to try a Calzone.  We stuffed ours with ricotta cheese, an egg, tomatoes and sausage.   ( Calzone details can be read at the Five Minutes a Day website.)  This was even better than the pizza!  I think I’m really going to enjoy having the bread dough waiting in the fridge for easy meals.
