What you see here is a pile of 25 hexipuffs! And a beta. Marianna’s beta, in fact. He flares beautifully whenever the light is turned on. Isn’t he amazing? If I remember correctly he is an Orchid Beta. That is basically all the excitement I can handle right now – knitting and watching fish swim in circles. Gotta rest up for this weekend, you know – the Army Christmas Ball is coming!

What are you making with the little puffs? They look really cute.
All the hexipuffs go into the Beekeeper’s Quilt. Eventually.
I hope a ball means a frilly dress! Great pile of puffs and a great use of bits and ends of wool
I actually am wearing my very first LBD, I’ve borrowed them before but finally found one I love! The party is on a nearby ritzy island so we’ll take boats out to it so I am flying with the idea that cocktail length will be appropriate. Should be a hoot!
And the puffs are cotton, I don’t have a huge pile of leftovers of any sort, and cotton seemed more appropriate for what I think just may be a picnic blanket. Why not, right?
What fun Puffs! I haven’t attempted that pattern yet. I’m terrified I will be addicted!
It is soooo addicting, Erin! Easy to memorize, quick to complete. Perfect for inbetween times…
Oh I so want to start in on the hexipuff craze but I have so many other projects started or that I want to start I’ve been holding off. Because from all I’ve read the puffs are VERY addicting! That’s all I need….another addicting project!
I was going to ask what you are making but already found the answer
Have a great weekend!
